Founded in 2006 by Matt Lengkeek, the mission was simple: to make t-shirts he and his friends would enjoy wearing.

Today, Merit Sportswear is a proud USA manufacturer of custom sublimated, print, cut, and sewn athletic wear—produced in Lomita, California. Our sport-specific custom team apparel is worn by athletes in lacrosse, soccer, rugby, basketball, running, tennis, pickleball, and more—across the United States and around the world.

Since 2008, we’ve earned the trust of large and small clubs, schools, and individual athletes by delivering high-quality teamwear. Our mission remains to create active lifestyle apparel that reflects our passion for athletes and sports fans.
